Boots Opticians in Huddersfield has a Zero Waste Box recycle point for disposable contact lenses and their packaging (in the far right corner almost behind the tills by the window)
Boots Stores will also recycle empty blister packs - for example, there is a special collection box nect to the Pharmacy in the Huddersfield branch. Calpol and Tesco have agreed a scheme for the recycling of blister packs and plastic syringes. More information can be found here, including a Freepost address: https://www.calpol.co.uk/recycling . The scheme also covers Benadryl, Imodium and Benylin packaging, blister packs and spoons.
