Rabies - Private prescription payable to the practice £17.00, a further fee is payable at the pharmacy

Hepatitis B - £27 per dose / 3 or 4 doses required

The recommendations made by the practice are based on the information you supply us with and the information contained in your NHS medical records.  We cannot be held responsible for any problems caused by any omissions in your vaccination history, you must also ensure we receive information about any vaccinations you may have received (e.g. at private clinics), that may not be in your NHS medical records.  If your travel plans change you must inform us so a re-assessment of your vaccination requirements can be amended.
